quite the best kind of document tray contents
I was planning to link to a recent post about addressing my general grump, but I’m curled up in bed using the ipad and having a smidge of trouble locating it. (Oh, maybe this one?)
But, I was recently grumpish (what’s new?) and resolved to address it with increased exercise, swearing off wine and recommending writing positive/grateful and to-dos in my wee book.
I failed to do most of these things, but I am still much less grumpish. The only thing I can attribute this to is that I’ve started regularly taking vitamin d supplements, because I suspected winter and the lack of light were getting me down. I have no idea if it is acting as a placebo or not, but I’m so cheerful I am not going to mess with it.
