Very glad we decided to raid the freezer for this one. We arrived home quite a bit later than usual and I was keen to squeeze in a gym visit.
Always a favourite!
This was first time we’ve frozen the (braised and shredded) meat and it worked quite well. Defrosted and finished in the oven with no loss in quality. Will definitely take this approach the next time we cook this.
