better faster stronger

This afternoon I ran 6km – woo!

According to my device, the last time I ran that far was 8 September! And only 16 seconds slower today.

It was hot and exhausting, but fabulous! And so encouraging. It has been a very hard road back from all manner of unwellness, but I’m getting there. I think the half marathon in May is probably a little ambitious, but hopefully I can get back to regular 10kms by that point.
