foodz: 10 (seared prawns with mint + yoghurt sauce)

Of course right at the end of summer we realised the delights of summery foods and wish we’d enjoyed more. Perhaps we can stretch it out in March?

The most difficult part of this dish was shelling the prawns. And we used mint from our mint plant! Hurrah! From marie claire: kitchen

I thought the mint + yoghurt sauce was a little too minty and not quite balanced enoug, but delicious all the same – HolyGoodness, prawns are yummy!
