2010: day 293 (w) lamb fillet with green pea curry

We’ve become so accustomed to everything we cook being wonderful, that when something is quite ordinary, it comes as rather a shock!

The lamb backstrap was beautifully tender, but the pea curry – no depth of flavour and really very bland. We won’t be repeating!
