2010: day 294 (th) chilli con carne (redux)

If we don’t want to be eating at midnight, Thursday night grocery shopping requires fast meals of little effort, so we headed to the freezer.

Chilli con carne from BBC: Comfort Food1 (p.25)

This has been a firm fave since, I think, 2005. It is probably not the most authentic of chillis, but is very comforting, tastes marvellous and freezes excellently.
