The excellent quality ingredients make this amazingly good. Simple steak with leftovers as side dish this evening paired with a little something from the garden which bravely survived the attack of the THIRTY caterpillars (a couple as thin as a hair) which managed to locate and remove yesterday.

Have I mentioned that I loathe caterpillars?
