When I gave up drinking I really embraced a replacement bad habit and that bad habit was eating All The Chocolate.

In particular All The Chocolate containing coconut for preference.

When I say All The Chocolate I really mean it – I can easily inhale a large block of chocolate or a packet of chocolate biscuits in an evening.

So in January I gave up chocolate. This was quite a lot harder than giving up wine!

I was planning to make this for a month only to wrest back some control, but I think I need to make it a tad longer – even after a month I still have cravings when I see any form of chocolate in a store.

Interestingly though, my headaches have gone – so perhaps all that sugar may have been a contributor?


In other news, this morning posting is quite the challenge!
