This evening I dragged out the simcity 2000 cd, converted the theme midi file to an mp3 and set it as my phone alarm.

It was Very Very Exciting.

I should definitely waste more time doing silly things like this.

I’m not sure how I decided that I must be productive All Of The Time (maybe 2-3 years ago when I started behaving like an Adult), but it should stop. I engage my brain more and learn useful things when I’m non-productively futzing about. Perhaps I should add it to the Action Items, but scheduling in time-wasting is rather the opposite of the point!

Meanwhile, Joe/Frank and I have a date in front of the television (and attached PC) tomorrow evening to build some imaginary cities.
