We’d just eaten the last of the wonderful strawberry paletas I’d made a couple of weeks ago (subject of a partially written future random food post) and I was keen to fill the moulds with something new from the brilliant palettas book.

I love apricots and I love chamomile, so an icy-block recipe which contained both sounded perfect to me!

Unfortunately, the taste was rather less excellent than expected. Less of the sublime combination and more of the “huh?”.

The mixture did not make it to the moulds.
