exercise 2013: week two(a)

Well, unfortunately there was no week one(b), but on Wednesday afternoon, despite being staggeringly tired. I dragged myself out after arriving home from SML for another run around the flatter route.

While I did run ever-so-slightly longer than before (just over 2km), it was very hard-going. Still, I am very glad that I forced myself out there and have plans for yoga on Saturday, so will meet target – hurrah!

I realised afterward that I was so staggeringly tired because all I had eaten that day was approximately 200ml of harira.

Am now making effort to eat breakfast every day.
