It was cold! It was rainy! We had a couple of kidneys in the freezer! We needed comfort!

Lancashire HotPot from Hugh Fearnley-Wittingstall: Meat (p.290) & Adrian Richardson: Meat (p.96). More Adrian than Hugh, though with Hugh’s kidneys and Worcestershire sauce

Golly! this was To Die For! Utterly and completely amazing! So much better than the last time we had it. I made Don run to Adrian’s book and annotate it. I cannot wait to have it for lunch tomorrow.
