Retrofit Post: trying to fill the blog with past meals with not a lot of commentary.

It was ridiculously hot, we were tired, it was late. The fridge cupboards were quite bare, then I remembered this recipe:

Welsh Rarebit from the brilliant Glutton for Life

Quite delightful and hit the spot, but was a little insipid, I think our mustard powder and using Carlton Draught rather than a hearty ale were largely to blame. Will adjust for punch next time.
