2011: day 007 (f) lamb tikka masala | 070111

No-one would suggest anything for dinner, I reached into the freezer for steak and found diced lamb instead – curry = excellent!

Lamb tikka masala – thanks pataks! Accompanied by lime pickle, yoghurt + bananas with shredded coconut.

We’ve found the secret to making this utterly wonderfully fabulous is cooking for a good 2 hours at least. To Die For.
