Took a chance on this one because we’re always skeptical of magazine articles titled with variations of “quick dinners”, but the accompanying picture looked rather good.

To our delight, it was really lovely! The meatballs were very tender and the broth spectacularly comforting.
Though the prep of the meatballs was a bit of a pain and took a little longer than suggested, we’ll definitely have this again. Another one to add to the list of recipes I’ll scan and post at a later date.
