This is turning into quite the lazy week!
Once again we raided the freezer (really, it only seems Tardis-like – everything is quite a squeeze!) for a little something Don had prepared earlier.
Slow-cooked lamb sugo from Adrian Richardson: Meat (p.100).
This is amazingly inexpensive to make, tastes fabulous, and freezes wonderfully. We usually get (I think) four meals for the three of us out of one batch and we’re not miserly with portion sizes.
