Don is taking advantage of the last cooler days of the year to get in some slow cooking, so this evening we enjoyed:

Lancashire Hotpot!


An amalgam of recipes from Hugh Fearnley-Wittingstall: Meat (p.290) & Adrian Richardson: Meat (p.96).

Desperately needed a crusty loaf.

And moar lamb kidneys wouldn’t have gone astray either.

But stupendously yummy nonetheless.
