Call me an out of touch old hag, but prior to last night I’d not heard Scissor Sisters’ “Take Your Mama Out” – I simply adore it! Like a cross between early Elton John, Primal Scream & Beck – its on very high rotation here at the mrs hardly desk.

after *cough* downloading *cough* the album (which is very derivative, but derivative isn’t necessarily bad), I’ve decided that I’ll venture out and hand over some of the hard-earned for a legitmate copy of my very own – its very good “background” music. Take that! music industry goons, file sharing can be a good thing – there is no way I’d go and shell out cash for something I’d never heard before.
