Tomorrow night everyone in the family is heading out to watch the Ducks v Hawthorn and I will be having a glorious evening at home alone.
I plan to go wild and crazy and indulge in such activities as:
Drinking tea (okay, drinking tissanes)!
Catching up on comforting television!
Possibly I might fold laundry!
I could get quite radical and do some hand washing!
What I definitely will not be doing is snacking – there has been WAY too much of that going on in recent times and while it has not yet had any affect on my size, it is bound to eventually. Need to shake myself right out of that habit – stat! Maybe I need some jumpy exercise as soon as I arrive home rather than running straight to the snack cupboard? I think I’ll try the experiment.
