Well, looks like we were not chosen in the member ballot. Even though we get official notice tomorrow, the lucky ones have already had their credit card charged yesterday. So we’ve missed out on the opportunity to pay $400 each for Grand Final tickets.

I should have expected this outcome as I am spectacularly unlucky when it comes to having my name drawn from a hat.

So, we’re not going to the Grand Final.

I’m pretty sad about it.

But hey, we’re still going down to Melbourne and we’ll be $1,600 richer.
