Well, the Ute removal kind of got in the way of my grand running plans, but I’m hoping to make 2013 the year where I exceed the 5km on a regular basis. Unfortunately, I think I’ll have to go back to a very low mark and build up from there.
In other exercising news, last weekend Don and I went back to yoga for the first time (for me) in months and, though I did take not push myself too hard, it was excellent and afterward, I felt wonderful.
So proper exercise, other than incidental walking, … at twice once a week.
I need to get a health back because currently my shoulders (and all other parts of me) are like that of a tired old woman {#midlake} … and it is kind of exhausting to live.
