Thai Lime dressing from the fabulous Donna Hay: beef, lamb + pork (p.90). Even if you didn’t have the good fortune to find this on the footpath, you should totally Get On It!
The dressing/sauce was a little overwhelming for a white fish – would have been totally stellar with salmon or tuna, which we definitely plan to do.
