With the season almost upon us, we’ve made many Christmas-related decisions this weekend.

Christmas Menu: goose! Radical because 1. we have to order a goose (never having ordered any sort of foodstuff before), and 2. we have to establish how to actually cook one (Joan’s Nigella book is proving helpful in this regard).

Gifts:
Joan: an entire day devoted to schlepping about inner-city second-hand furniture stores – where we hope to purchase a mid-century-modern dressing table
Joe/Frank: Electric Guitar + amp
Bessie: DSLR + camera course (camera acquired last evening!)

Don and I? No gifts required!
Except for that camera course Don will take with Bessie (and if I don’t complete that accursed jumper by Christmas, holy goodness, I will unravel it!)
