This really, really is not a lot of thought going into meal planning week. It’s all a bit mindless comfort food, but really sometimes everyone needs a bit of that!
One of those meals that require absolutely no thought at all, but which I think we could eat once a week (and actually probably have at some points) and for which we mostly have the ingredients on-hand.
Lamb tikka masala with jeera pappadums + lime pickle + greek yoghurt.
Ttuly, the world is only a better place for having pataks paste in it!
