The lamb from day 254 and some of Don’s always fabulous bacon made for a fabulous (definitely non-traditional, kind of italian-ish) shepherd’s pie.
Recipe of our own devising, which I promise to post eventually (although like most things one invents, it’s all a bit “a bit of this”, “cook until cooked” &etc).
