More bounty from the freezer!

Simplest beef stew from Stephanie Alexander: the cook’s companion (p.163).

There’s absolutely no getting around the fact that this is a hideously ugly-looking dish, but oh! it is so very delicious.

The only mod was to add peas at the end – because I’m firmly of the belief that all stews need peas.
