We discovered these fabulous Something South African sauces as part of the World Cup of International Cuisine.
As I said when we rolled this out initially, we’ve overcome our pre-prepared sauce snobbery and this is now totally a go-to Friday night meal (while one of us has to drive to the suburbs for Bessie collection) – simple and wonderfully delicious!
Would be enhanced by naans (but not packaged naans – which are turbo-spooty in the extreme).
