Seriously one of the best things I have eaten. That Don, he has teh m4d sk11lz. The photo gives no sense of scale – I could wear the bowl as a hat (and I do not have a disproportionately small head).

I’m still refining my technique, thus need to wear my pho eating (hair dyeing/gardening/messing) shirt (which I bought for Joan about 12 years ago) so that I might not taint my clothing. Note the lack of mess: I am improving!

Also note the non-matching chopsticks – for the second time! My therapist would be well pleased.
