I’m wondering where all the magical, mythical, fairytale part-time jobs will come from for all those single parents who have been out of the workforce for 5 or more years who’ll now be forced to join the workforce. Anyone who has ever looked for part-time work would know just how scant part-time jobs are. I can’t imagine thousands of jobs appearing just because the idiots in government insist that people go out to work.

And as for my $6.00 extra per week – pah! Why not give it to the people who need it?
