I despair of the “fashion” currently in the stores.

Thick diagonal stripes, huge spots, geometric shapes, big brightly coloured plastic earrings, drop-waisted mini skirts – almost *exactly* what I was wearing in 1984 . It was a horrid look then, and even more horrid now! Thank gods Nancy has more sense than to desire such items!
