Pleasing colours – spotted on the morning walk.

I’ve an appointment with a new physio tomorrow about the agony which is my neck. I’ve been in considerable pain for weeks now and there has been very little improvement.

Hopefully I come back with a solid plan to move beyond it! It’s testing all my positive vibes.
