The new side-sleeper contour pillow is quite wonderful. My sleep is much better and I now wake without a sore neck! Magic!
Unfortunately the sore neck now develops through the day – and I frequently catch myself with my shoulders around my ears.
I really do need to start taking posture seriously. How I achieve an improvement without permanently strapping myself to a board is the question.

I went for a Chinese massage today. Ow ow ow. The guy worked me over good (yes, Warren, he was a credit to his gender), but afterwards I felt about an inch taller and like it was easier to stand up straight. We’ll see how I feel tomorrow. I hope I’m able to move.

I’m quite fascinated by your Chinese massage. Here we mostly have Thai as the dominant massage flavour, followed closely by Japanese, but I don’t think I’ve seen Chinese about very often – even though there’s quite a sizeable Chinese community in Sydney.
