One of our favourite meals from the last wcoic was from switzerland, but we decided not to rest on the laurels and try something new.

zurcher geschnetzeltes (zurich-style diced veal)

We really loved this, very subtle and absolutely delicious – much assisted by using very high quality ingredients. Served with egg noodles and a crusty sourdough loaf. We halved the recipe and it was the perfect quantity for the three of us. Another keeper!
