It was a beautiful summer’s day, we had ample time on our hands, so it was time to bust out a firm favourite!
Barbequed pork ribs with potato salad. Really quite complicated ribs recipe from various internet locales, potato salad a recipe of Don’s devising (dressing is american mayo, dijon mustard and dill – mix to taste).
In the past these have been just a little too hot/spicy for us (I know! We love spice!). This time Don dialled down the hotness a touch to brilliant effect. These were falling off the bone marvellous and the complex, smokey flavours were to die for!
