Finally, after a terribly long time (almost 2 months – I have never known surface mail to take so long), it arrived last week!

I’m saving it for special, I wasn’t going to taint it with the memory of reading it in the hospital.

And with the AU$ worth US$0.66 at lunch today (ouch), it will be quite a time before I’ll be book shopping in the US!
