Ordinarily I don’t get overly excited by the Archibald Prize, but this, this is just way cool, man.

Can’t you just imagine all of the pedestrian types in the office saying “it looks like a primary school kid painted it”? – this sort of person generally loudly & longly proclaims that “real” art should resemble photographs (my response generally is “if you want stuff to look like a photo, wouldn’t an actual photo be better?”)

I just love it (god it would be totally fabulous to have little mrs hardlys in their respective letters as a banner). Bill Hay, you rock!
