Me: “so we’ve finally got the date down, but is it four or five years that we’ve been married?”
Don: “hmmmm … I want to say five”
Me (consults blog): “oh hey, it is SIX YEARS! Who knew???”
I’m sure we’ll sort this wedding anniversary stuff out eventually – possibly at year 20.
I use my blog to check dates/facts all the time. I first realised the value several years ago when a colleague mentioned the two of us having seen a show together. I had absolutely no memory of the show at all until I checked my blog. Suddenly, the whole memory came back. Congratulations on the anniversary too.
I’ve come to rely on the blog so much to do my remembering for me that it is maddening when I find I haven’t recorded something!
