down with spots

Looking back at the saved pages of ye olde abandoned blog, it struck me that my old template was much cleaner/simpler/more aesthetically appealing than the current spotted (or spo0ted) version – which often makes me want to poke my eyes out.

I asked Fenton’s opinion – he held similar views (but perhaps he just doesn’t care for pink? how will he ever become a metrosexual if he doesn’t embrace the pink?).

Thus, I’m considering returning to a minimalist template for a wee while – of course if I return to the old one – which has a quite cool banner, I’m going to have to come up with a clever amendment to the blog title (which could prove rather difficult! Cleverness don’t come particularly easy!).

If I can obtain access to a computer for more than 5 minutes, I’ll revert.

A pox on all teachers who give Primary School children holiday assignments! Joe/Frank has been so blessed. At mid primary stage holidays should be for actual holidays & fun – not slaving over encyclopaedia articles. Incidentally there is a massive gap in the encyclopaedia market – there should be something out there which provides easy to understand information, so that they are able to research on their own – without needing a parent hovvering explaining the hard words!
