This should have been day 11, but we swapped it for Nederland. This was a pretty soft option as it is one of our favourite meals and we had a batch of enchilada sauce in the freezer just waiting for us

Sadly it was somewhat let down by the cheapo corn tortillas – reflected in the ratings, fresh from essential ingredient is where it is at. Though really, I should try making my own.
